Todd Kimbriel is the Cloud Services lead for North America Public Service and a technology executive with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Todd was the chief information officer for the State of Texas from 2015 to 2020. Prior to his role as CIO, he was a senior executive for the technology company Broadwing Communications and a senior technology consultant. These accolades grant Kimbriel in-depth understanding of transforming constituent services. As the CIO for Texas, he redefined IT shared services, drove a first-of-its-kind digital assistant platform for citizens and implemented a formal telework program.
Kimbriel is nationally recognized, serving on the National Association of State Chief Information Officers Board of Directors as treasurer and vice president, and is a board member for the Center for Internet Security. He received over five awards during his tenure as Texas CIO for his IT accomplishments.
