◆業務内容
・インテリジェントオートメーション(業務そのものやIT運用プロセスの超自動化と付加価値の創造)を実現するために、コンサルタントもしくはエンジニアとして様々な技術や弊社内のアセットツール群（SynOpsやAiOpsを含む）を用いて変革を実現していただきます。
・最新テクノロジーを組合せ、End to End の業務をサポートするシステムを提案・開発し、効果創出までを担っていただきます。
・お客様へ弊社アセット群、ワークフロー、チャットボット、AI-OCRやRPA導入など、業務効率化を実現する仕組みを短サイクルで提案し実現するスプリント型の変革を推進していただきます。
・業務やITオペレーション、日々の作業チケットに関するデータを収集し、分析し、ダッシュボードで可視化することにより継続的な変革をもたらすための仕組みを提案し、構築していただきます。
・これらの業務に携わることで、ビジネスの変化に合わせながらITシステムを継続して活用していく「Living Systems(進化し続けるシステム)」の実現を推進していただきます。
※勤務地は、札幌、東京、関西、福岡のいずれかとなります。
◆応募要件
・開発経験 ３年以上
（RPA等の自動化経験、もしくはオンライン業務システムの開発経験）
アプリ開発経験ではなく、インフラ系経験がある場合
・インフラ構築経験 3年以上（クラウド環境、サーバー・NW構築）
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・Splunkを用いた構築業務
・Celonis等を用いたProcessMining経験
・ワークフロー基盤、AI-OCR、チャットボットの開発経験
・Pythonのプログラミング経験
・統計学、機械学習の知⾒
・Business Analystとしての業務自動化コンサルティングの経験（自社/ベンダー側どちらでもOK）
・お客様へのヒアリングを通して、課題抽出や施策案検討を行う上での、議事録作成やMicrosoft Excelを用いたデータ集計・加工、Microsoft PowerPointを用いた報告書作成経験
・英語力
