Market Unit Lead – US Midwest
Lee Moore is Accenture’s market unit lead for the US Midwest and responsible for clients, people, offices, community involvement, and financial performance across the Midwest. He has strategic responsibility for integrating Accenture’s services to tackle and solve our clients’ most complex problems. Leading more than 11,000 people in his market unit—spanning Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, West Virginia and Wisconsin—Lee focuses on bringing continuous innovation to clients, attracting and retaining top talent and strengthening Accenture’s impact in the local communities. He is a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee and the North America Leadership Team.
Lee's prior role was senior managing director in the Products group for North America, where he was responsible for leading Accenture's overall business in the retail, consumer goods, automotive, industrial, travel and life sciences industries. Lee's previous roles included senior managing director of Global Sales in Products, where he was responsible for overseeing Accenture's largest and most complex client arrangements while developing and driving sales strategy and leading sales effectiveness programs. Prior to that, he was the sales lead for Products in EALA (Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America), Products in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and he served as managing director of Consumer Goods & Services in the United Kingdom.
Lee started his career in consulting where he specialized in the design and delivery of large-scale IT programs. He also worked on IT strategy, customer relationship management and ecommerce programs.
Lee joined Accenture in 1992 and became a managing director in 2001. He holds a degree in Computational Science and Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
