Mahesh Zurale is the Global Lead for the Accenture Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs), which create exceptional business value for our clients through deep industry and technology expertise, ecosystem partnerships, next generation delivery models and a strong culture of innovation. ATCs enable our clients’ reinvention journeys and help them access new performance frontiers. Mahesh also is a member of the Global Management Committee.
Before assuming his current role, Mahesh was the lead for the ATCs in India, where he took significant steps to foster an inclusive and barrier-free culture. He is committed to achieving a gender-balanced workforce and has led several women-centric initiatives that champion continuous learning and help women technologists meet their full potential. He also served as the business sponsor for Accenture Corporate Citizenship for India.
Mahesh joined Accenture in 2006 as the delivery lead for one of Accenture’s largest healthcare clients. In 2010, he became the global solution architecture lead for Technology, responsible for driving profitable growth through highly differentiated and competitive solutions. He worked with sales, delivery, platform and offering teams to create offerings and solution strategies, delivering superior value to Accenture’s clients.
Prior to joining Accenture, Mahesh was the Chief Operating Officer at Datamatics Technologies Ltd. He started his career as an entrepreneur, co-founding FuturisTech Systems, a company that developed solutions for government and corporate clients.
Mahesh has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and earned both a master’s degree in computer engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
