Our 10 Innovation Hubs across the United States bring together our innovation capabilities and our extraordinary people.
Our 50,000 people across 40 U.S. cities are what sets us apart in the marketplace.
We work to inspire and develop the skilled workforce of the future–including through our Apprentice Program.
Located in 10 major cities across the United States, our network of Innovation Hubs is the engine where we push the boundaries of the possible with our clients.
Each Hub is home to multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers and other technology experts who work with clients to investigate, imagine and bring to life new ideas. Bringing together the company’s full suite of innovation capabilities, each Hub taps the local talent technology ecosystem, including startups, universities and industry leaders. Each is connected to more than 100 Accenture locations around the globe to seamlessly bring the best of Accenture’s global investments and insights to its clients on the ground.
We recognize the important role professional apprenticeships can play in closing the skills gap in the United States, providing under served groups greater access to innovation economy jobs and helping reskill workers whose jobs have been, or will be, disrupted by technology.
In 2017, Accenture and Aon cofounded the Chicago Apprenticeship Network–partnering with employers like McDonald’s, Zurich Insurance and Walgreens to jump start their professional apprenticeship programs. There are now 400+ apprenticeships committed across 23 member organizations, with a plan to grow to 1,000 by 2020.
In collaboration with Aon, the Chicago Apprentice Network and the Business Roundtable, we launched an apprenticeship playbook which focuses on the key steps, considerations and case studies for apprenticeships in professional positions.
We hope the playbook will enable other companies to join the national movement for professional apprenticeship programs and help us create a more inclusive innovation economy.
At Accenture, we’re a diverse company of thinkers and problem-solvers—we've come together to tackle some of the most important and difficult challenges facing the world’s biggest organizations.
