Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) sponsored by the Army Contracting Command / Aberdeen Proving Ground. RS3 supports Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) customers and a continuing requirement for rapid response (R2) services to support critical systems requirements for the Command and Control (C2) Systems Integration Directorate (C2SID). It has a $37.4 billion ceiling with a 10-year ordering period beginning May 15, 2017, consisting of a five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period. RS3 replaces five expiring contracts: Rapid Response-Third Generation (R2-3G); Strategic Services Sourcing (S3); Technical, Administrative, Operations Support Services (TAOSS); Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES); and Warrior Enabling Broad Sensor (WEBS).
