Entry-Level Consulting Careers Driving Real Change

Collaborate with the world’s biggest companies. Create solutions to the most complex business problems. Use cutting-edge technology.

That’s a day in the life of Accenture analysts driving real change and making a difference.

Take a peek into a day in the life of four Accenture analysts, working in Consulting, Strategy and Technology and see why Accenture is the best place to start or build a career.

Develop creative solutions using design thinking strategies

Heather Nowak
Consulting Senior Analyst, Chicago

My day in the life at Accenture: I design and facilitate design-thinking workshops to help clients solve some of their most critical problems. With each new project, I leverage the seemingly infinite resources available within Accenture to create solutions that put end users at the heart of the design.

The best thing about Accenture: We continuously emphasize the “New”, whether that’s introducing clients to innovative technology solutions, providing employees access to vast research and learning resources, or pushing employees to confront workplace issues and develop solutions that make everyone feel welcome and empowered to bring their best selves to work. Fridays are also awesome. That’s when there’s usually an office event to reconnect with teammates, meet new ones and enjoy some “happy-hour” downtime.

Strategize impactful solutions

Alston Brown
Strategy Senior Analyst, New York

My day in the life at Accenture: I work on a team to build strategies and recommendations to help clients solve their business challenges. As an analyst, much of my work is focused on providing the backbone insights to support the business case. At the end of the day, we’re all working to provide highly impactful solutions for the clients we serve.

The best things about Accenture: What I love most about Accenture is the diverse range of people that work here. We all have different backgrounds and different experiences but what really bonds everyone together is a sense of positivity, collaboration and passion for what we do. Both inside and outside of work.

Deliver technology solutions to meet client challenges

Nada Abulibdeh
Technology Analyst, Michigan

My day in the life at Accenture: My role is to understand the client objective, determine the technology requirements necessary to meet the challenge and deliver the best service to help our clients. Working locally from an office helps me maintain a work/life balance, which is very important to me.

The best things about Accenture: Two key factors are why I joined Accenture: Number one is the inclusive and diverse culture. And number two is the investment in education and training. Learning and growing personally and professionally and being supported with the resources that I need makes all the difference.

Drive marketing-mix strategies using agile analytics

Ari Divisio
Consulting Senior Analyst, Chicago

My day in the life at Accenture: I use data modeling, data integration and data visualization to help global companies with brands that everyone knows make marketing and sales decisions. More specifically, I’m currently working with a client to understand and improve the customer experience on their eCommerce website.

The best things about Accenture: There are two main reasons I love working at Accenture—the people and the pathways. The people are incredible; everyone builds each other up, are involved and are always willing to help. And the diversity of projects, industries, clients and type of work is was what drew me to the consulting world. You are always working on something new and different, with people with different perspectives, and always have the opportunity to grow.
