Notices Regarding Prohibitions on Salary History Inquiries
As of September 1, 2017 Accenture recruiters, hiring managers and others who may be involved in the recruiting and hiring process, will no longer ask job candidates about current or prior salary, including bonuses, equity and other fringe benefits or seek to confirm this information with a prior employer. If a job candidate nonetheless chooses to share prior salary information, they may do so only on a voluntarily basis.
