Emma leads Accenture’s Health and Public Service Consulting practice in the United Kingdom and Ireland, with a specialty in Talent and Organisation. Combining the latest thinking and application of digital technology, she oversees a team of more than 150 practitioners that work to deliver large-scale business transformations in the public sector. Emma is also the Global Lead for Inclusion and Diversity for Accenture’s Health and Public Service group.
With over 17 years of consulting experience, Emma brings together the best that Accenture has to offer to help organisations cope through change to achieve success. Through data and a focus on insight-driven change, she works hand-in-hand with client teams to drive efficiencies, develop citizen-centric service services and achieve better system outcomes. Her diverse portfolio of industry-focused initiatives encompasses justice, policing, health, postal services and borders and immigration. As a trained facilitator at Accenture’s Innovation Centre, she also conducts workshops for senior clients to show them how digital solutions and breakthrough thinking can help them tackle their biggest business challenges.
Emma graduated has a 2.1 BA (Hons) in French and Management Studies and is based in London. Leveraging her consulting skills, she serves as a trustee for the global nonprofit group Spring Impact, which helps charities build skills and expand their services to achieve maximum social impact.
