The unified user interface now allows end users to review and resolve findings from both Accenture Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic and Discovery in one place.
New Analytics Dashboard*
The new analytics dashboard provides insights into rules and findings from both Classic and Discovery, helping key users and HR IT managers make informed decisions.
New Rule Components for Counting Records (Classic-only)
The new countingRecordsValueCheck rule component allows users to count records within a specified date range. Additionally, the countingRecordsComparison component enables users to count the number of records within a check period and compare it to a source field value or another record count.
Redesigned landing page with user-defined filters*
The landing page now displays tiles based on user-defined filters from the filter window to offer a consistent and more transparent filtering approach across all pages.
Download Findings from Finding Inbox*
A new DOWNLOAD button enables users to easily export multiple findings to an XLSX file.
Severity levels for findings*
Administrators and users can now set SEVERITY levels for rules and their related findings, providing end users with clear prioritization indicators.
Settings comparison*
An enhancement of the SETTINGS page enables administrators to compare their current configurations with any previous version or the Accenture default settings.
Redesigned Finding Details Panel*
The FINDING DETAILS panel in the Finding Inbox now features a cleaner, more intuitive layout, allowing users to update statuses, add comments, and correct data directly within the panel.
Findings Archiving*
Findings marked as "Resolved" or "Acknowledged" for over 30 days (default setting) will now be archived, i.e. removed from the Finding Inbox.
Foundation Objects check in audit runs (Classic only)*
Audit runs now incorporate Foundation Object checks to identify data issues independently of whether they have a relation to a user or employee. The results of these checks are exclusively available in the Finding Inbox.
Enable Sorting in the Finding Inbox*
Users can now sort findings by AGE or SEVERITY in ascending or descending order, enabling easier prioritization and organization of findings.
Revocation of acknowledgments (Discovery only)
Findings previously marked as "Acknowledged" will now automatically revert to "Unresolved" when relevant data changes, so that end users are required to re-confirm whether the new data is also accurate.
Improved detection of inactive objects linked to active non-user findings (Discovery only)
The system now identifies as per its default settings inactive objects linked to active positions to maintain data integrity and ensure all relevant relationships.
Text of Accenture Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic rules now displayed in Finding Inbox*
FINDING DETAILS and RULE DETAILS now include the full long-text descriptions of Audit and Compliance as-a-service Classic rules, directly sourced from the original definitions, offering greater transparency and clarity.
Streamlined Purge Mechanism*
Users can now define an automatic purge schedule by defining a retention period in months, ensuring efficient data management and adhering to data protection laws.
New Rule Component: EffectiveFieldValueChange (Classic only)
A powerful new rule component – EffectiveFieldValueChange – has been introduced to detect whether a field value has changed compared to the previous effective-dated record. This enhancement enables the legitimacy of changes to be validated with precision, supporting cleaner data and stronger compliance across HR processes.
Combine CountingRecords with Other Components (Classic only)
The CountingRecords component just got more versatile: It can now be seamlessly combined with other rule components, allowing for more dynamic and complex rule definitions. This opens the door to tailored audit logic that adapts to your organization’s unique needs.
Effective Dated Processing (Classic only)
Effective Dated Processing is officially available for production use. This feature empowers users to pinpoint data inconsistencies that occur either in the past or future – based on the configured audit period. It’s a game-changer for organizations managing time-sensitive HR data, offering deeper insights and improved data integrity.
Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Tool Integration*
The integration of FINDING INBOX with the Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Tool now offers a centralized location to view and manage exceptions across multiple audit solutions – Accenture HR Audit and Compliance Tool and Accenture HR Audit and Compliance as-a-service. This unified approach is especially valuable for clients working with both SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors.
Multilingual UI Support*
The user interface now adapts to the language selected in SAP SuccessFactors. French, German, Spanish, and English are currently supported. If a user selects an unsupported language, the system will default to English. This enhancement improves accessibility and ensures a more intuitive experience for global teams.
Maintain Rule Names*
Rules now feature a dedicated RULE NAME field. This allows users to define, identify, search, and filter rules more easily using a consistent naming convention. The Rule Name is also available in Analytics, both as a dimension and as a filter, making reporting and rule management more efficient.
Downloadable Comments in Findings*
Users can now download comments linked to findings via a new “History/Comments” column in the FINDINGS XLSX file. This makes it easier to review, share, and analyze findings offline – supporting better collaboration and documentation.
Export settings*
Users can now download settings in a YAML format directly from the Settings page. This enables users to more easily troubleshoot with EPS or Support, creating backups and reducing manual errors during configuration.
Picklist and Foundation Object field labels in Findings report*
The Findings report now displays labels rather than option IDs or technical codes for Picklists and Foundation Object-related fields.
Maintain status, severity and comments via Rule Details panel*
Rule Details panel in the Rule Inbox has been enhanced for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. Users can now edit rule names, update statuses and add comments for rules directly within the panel.
Add custom filter fields in Analytics*
Users can now add custom filters fields for Analytics via Settings, derived from the following entities: EmpJob, EmpEmployment, User, Position and EmpCompensation.
Box Plot chart for average resolution time in Analytics*
A new chart type called Box Plot is now available in Analytics enabling users to visualize and compare the average resolution time of Findings across different categories.
Increase audit period only when it has no unresolved exceptions (Classic only)
Users can now enable a setting in the Audit Plan to ensure that an audit period can only be increased when all exceptions have been resolved.

Web-based Word add-in
The enhanced web-based Word add-in enables users to directly edit templates in MS Word online. Key updates include customizable data field modifications via the "Edit" button and an integrated Message Log for easy access to information, warnings and error messages.
Configuration file versioning
Offers more convenient backup and restore activities. With this enhancement, administrators and configurators can now download up to 10 of the most recent versions of configuration files from the configuration history, adding flexibility and control over configuration file management and allows the recovery of configuration.
Enhanced application skills using the Training Platform
An integrated Training Platform for Software as a Service (SaaS) customers supports skill build-up and development of application users. It offers learning journeys with micro-learning videos that can be accessed on demand, empowering users with flexible, self-paced learning opportunities.
Anonymization enhancements for National ID
Anonymization of updated National ID types are now supported for the following countries, increasing the application’s compliance to country-specific information:
Additionally, anonymization setup aligns with the standard National ID configuration provided by SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring improved reliability and consistency across the system.
Option to set anonymization as mandatory
The anonymization feature, designed to prevent the use of real or confidential information in non-production environments, can now be enforced as a mandatory setting. This ensures that anonymization is always applied before any process begins, strengthening data protection and compliance.
Ease configuration with Process Maintenance
Enabling users to manage all processes in Accenture HR Data Loader. This feature offers an option to filter and download specific process configurations, making updates more efficient and convenient for administrators.
Process ID as custom field value
Customers can now load the Accenture HR Data Loader Process ID into a custom SAP SuccessFactors field, enhancing their ability to track application usage for updating records in portlets like Compensation Information. This helps customers leverage their existing auditing processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
Define default purge option of a process
For processes with navigation properties that have 1:M relationships, customers can now define the default purge option to be applied to the process. This enhancement provides better control and prevents errors by ensuring the correct purge option is used.
Editing capabilities for approvers
The new supplementary role for the SFSF Approver called Super Approver enables the approver to edit the records directly in the Workbench - enhancing control, reducing rework and streamlining the review process. Additionally, the new Approver Change History tab ensures a transparent audit trail of modifications, enhancing clarity and accountability in process tracking.
SAP HANA Cloud Database as configuration store
The new SAP HANA Cloud Database helps eliminate risks such as accidental overwrites during instance refreshes, while also freeing up a Metadata Framework (MDF) object for other uses. With version 10.2, new customers will automatically use the cloud database as the configuration store, while existing users can benefit from a smooth and effortless migration of stored files.
Using an API user to request upload in SAP SuccessFactors’ integrated workflow
With this release, users with Admin Access to MDF OData API can now request uploads using an API user, ensuring workflow compliance while accommodating business users with extended permissions. This enhancement enables seamless workflow integration without the need for manual permission adjustments.
Online editor for Process Configuration file (Beta)
The process configuration file can now be edited directly within the application by Administrators and Configurators. This new editing option includes a Review Changes feature, making it easier to track updates and work more efficiently.
More flexibility with multiple upsert parameters
Administrators can now define several upsert parameters directly in the process configuration. This update makes data uploads smoother and helps handle validation errors more effectively.
Enhanced access control with Process Permission Groups
Users can now control which processes and process categories are accessible to a SAP SuccessFactors Permission Group. The new Process Permission Group configuration means users only access processes and categories explicitly assigned to their permission group, providing more granular control and enhanced security.
Support for multi-level association upload in processes
It is now possible to handle up to two levels of association properties within a single process, expanding beyond the previous single-level limit. This enhancement enables more detailed configurations, such as country-specific payment information, for processes such as hiring and rehiring.
Version history for configuration files
Configuration versioning is now available for both Process and System Configuration files, giving users the ability to track, view, and download previous versions for better control and collaboration. Automatic version management retains up to 20 process configurations and 10 system configurations, ensuring efficiency while maintaining version history.
Accenture Clone and Test:
The program for Copy and Anonymization of Personnel Data has been expanded to include new tables and table groups for Germany and Hungary, ensuring full compliance with recent legal changes.
Users can now copy and delete payroll results within a defined period. This improvement simplifies the handling of year-to-date (YTD) payroll data scenarios.
It is now possible to store the conversion from old to new Personnel Number during the process of Copy and Anonymization of Personnel Data. This conversion can later be used for validation within the Ad Hoc Comparison program, to ease the data reconciliation.
Accenture Clone and Test Premier Plus
To support a smooth and efficient migration from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP S/4HANA, the Copy program for customizing tables has been enhanced. It is now possible to include Belgium-specific customizing tables in the copy process, ensuring that country-specific configurations are preserved and transferred accurately.
Accenture Data Comparison Manager
Accenture Data Comparison Manager has been enhanced to efficiently process sequential files generated by Accenture Clone and Test – Copy and Anonymization of Personnel Data. Users can now make use of the converter function for streamlined handling and transformation of Personnel Data. Additionally, the tool supports converting the data stream back into a sequential file that is fully compatible with Accenture Clone and Test – Import of Copied Personnel Data.
SuccessFactors OData Collectors now retrieve picklist values as labels, making the data easier to interpret and work with.
A new calculation rule has been introduced that splits repetitive values within a single record into multiple records. This improves the clarity of comparisons and allows for more precise analysis.
Repository management has been renamed to Maintenance of Repositories. It now includes a global repository that can be used across all projects, and the repository limit has been increased from 30 to 108.
The Workbench Export Result feature is now available in the Global Utility program, supporting multi-subproject exports. Users can export by version and choose specific fields, including key fields, errors, “do not compare” flags, classifications, and notes, offering greater flexibility and control.
The updated browser-based user interface makes the everyday usage and maintenance of SAP HCM data and applications more easy—even for those unfamiliar with SAP environments.
