Accenture Software for HCM migration suite enables organizations to transfer HR data from any legacy system to SAP SuccessFactors, check data quality at scale and reduce manual effort and risk throughout the project. Accenture HR Data Loader supports guided, validated mass data loads to reduce execution risk during transition.

Accenture Clone and Test and Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud securely copy and anonymize HR data for testing and training purposes. Personally identifiable information is protected in non-productive environments while maintaining realistic test data for regression testing, payroll validation and release readiness — ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Accenture HR Data Loader supports mass HR operations — such as reorganizations, promotions, new hires and recurring workforce updates — through guided, validated processes in SAP SuccessFactors. This reduces manual data entry effort, minimizes errors and gives HR teams full control over mass changes at enterprise scale.
