There’s no such thing as a typical day at Accenture. We face a constant stream of new challenges, whether it’s in the solution design or the delivery of client projects. And we’re also constantly conceptualizing new ideas internally that can help grow both our business and people. But no matter the project, one thing is for certain: I’ll always have to draw on the expertise and experience of others. Co-creation with clients and collaboration both internally and externally is something I always push for. Because it’s only when you combine client insight with our expertise, methodologies and tools that can you truly exceed expectations.
I encourage my team to free their minds when it comes to the ideation process. Sometimes, the best ideas are the ones that appear the most far-fetched. I also dedicate time to exchanging ideas and approaches with executives from around the world, creating a pipeline of thinking and innovation that future clients can benefit from. It’s an attitude I try to channel in my life outside work—always seeking out new and interesting experiences, from food to travel to the theater.
