What I do

I’m Accenture Strategy Global Lead for Industrial, Mobility & Travel and the Accenture Strategy Gallia Lead. Over the last four years, I have worked with Faurecia, the global automotive technology leader. One of our key projects was helping them to shape, design and develop the “Cockpit of the Future”.

While Mobility is dramatically changing (connected mobility, autonomous car, new/shared mobilities, etc.), the objective of this project is to shape innovative solutions within tomorrow’s cockpit, anticipating customer and business needs. For example, by providing new technologies/solutions to ensure that the drivers and passengers feel comfortable during their journey or by providing driver coaching and monitoring solutions.

That project is a real showcase of what we can do. We worked side by side with Faurecia and with Fjord teams —our in-house design team—to shape Faurecia’s Future (pure innovation project). Along the way, we helped transform Faurecia’s agenda for Research & Development and Innovation.

A day in my life

We’re really a core part of the transformation of Faurecia (shaping the future of the company). I work with the company leadership on a day-to-day basis, shaping the agenda with them.

For example, right now we’re working on new markets they could consider for tomorrow. My team is helping them uncover how they can get organized to address those new opportunities. To do that, we’re rethinking our way of working to take a 360-degree approach.

It’s a team effort across our Accenture organization. Strategy is shaping the work in strong collaboration with other business groups: Consulting, Digital and Technology.

I’ve been within Accenture for 20+ years, always in Strategy. Whatever our operating model, what stays the same is our ability to bring unique value at the intersection of Strategy, Change Management, Process and Technology.

And the coolest thing, I find, is the more Accenture grows, the more we’re able to provide business value in different ways and with our various capabilities “end to end”.

When I’m not at work, sport keeps me healthy and creates a good balance with my professional life. I like running. In fact, I’m preparing for the next Paris Marathon.

My advice

Focus on the value that we can bring to our clients with our “end to end” approaches. It’s our big differentiator. We should continuously think about adding more and more value.

That’s why I chose Accenture over other firms. Being able to work end-to-end, not only in developing strategy but in the real delivery of products that shape the future of your clients—it keeps me excited.
