As you start your Accenture career, you'll want to understand how your role aligns to our global structure.
Your home within Accenture will be described as the combination of your Market and Business Area. Our Markets are North America, Growth Markets and Europe.
We further separate locations by Market Units. Market Unit or 'MU' is the specific geography in which your home office is located within our three Markets.
Your role will align with one of our six business areas and will include custom training, staffing and transition opportunities, along with mentors and colleagues who do similar work.
