My daily routine is, well, no routine! No two days are ever the same. There is always something new and exciting going on. I experienced this early on, going all the way back to my first experience as an intern.

Day-to-day at my current client, I am constantly meeting with my peers to understand what is coming next. From there, I might be connecting with folks from our other strategy and consulting teams, as well as our client partners, to be sure the business is ready for any upcoming changes.

I am constantly amazed at how rapidly our world is changing and how Accenture’s innovation-first mindset is helping to shape and support the future. The opportunity to help with this commitment to innovation and contribute to making our global future better for everyone is what I like best about working here.

In my spare time I love to cook and spend quality time with my friends and family. The two seem to be going hand in hand lately, especially as I perfect the art of the homemade pizza!

I have two key pieces of advice for people interested in the work I do.

First, focus on my favorite Accenture core value: stewardship. Accenture encourages all our people to partner in developing one another and helping to improve our company and global communities for the future. I frequently think about this as I work in change management consulting to support our client partners through the changes they are experiencing: be human, be kind and think about the long-term implications that might be on their minds.

Second, stay curious! A great piece of advice I received from one of our leaders is to learn something new every day. By constantly learning, you will naturally grow as a person and colleague.
