SW/APP Cloud Technology Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of SW/APP Cloud Tech Support Manager in Florham Park, NJ to establish and manage expectations with client and drive IT team to achieve those expectations. He will perform the following duties: oversee full lifecycle of large and complex cloud infrastructure; oversee key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, goals and objectives; develop strong relationship and serve as a single point contact for all activities and escalations; coordinate all resource necessary to resolve issues and promote success; manage Incident, change and escalation processes, ensure high level of performance in these processes; coordinate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required; address any incidents to ensure coordination, communication to stakeholders and post incident review; drive internal and client service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes; lead cloud SME’s to continually improve on the cloud infrastructure environment; work with technical design teams to evolve standards for public cloud architecture and its security.

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a IT Operations Specialist, Senior Analyst, In-house IT System Administrator, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in a customer facing role overseeing infrastructure projects and operations; 5 years of technical experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization and AD, DNS technologies in support of business objectives, cost reductions, and automation;5 years of experience overseeing IT Infrastructure projects running in a virtualized environment (VMware) and cloud services running in an IaaS/PaaS environment on AWS\Azure; 5 years of experience working directly with client / business leadership exhibiting proven ability to drive projects and meetings and have direct written and verbal interactions with the client leadership; 5 years of experience in working in a geographically distributed team; and5 years of hands-on experience in Windows and/or Linux system administration in a data center setting including end to end system management, backup/recovery, and storage management.
