THE WORK:

You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:

  • Provide design, functional and implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Assess end-to-end D365 processes to identify gaps, benchmark with best-in-class practices and help the client define target state processes standardized across geographies/business units

  • Define user personas and user journeys

  • Work as an integral part of the client’s sales and commerce organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach.

  • Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Energy, Automotive, , Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources or Financial Services industry

  • Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365  processes for B2B industries

  • Hands-on experience configuring D365 for different industries (ex. Automotive, Life Science)

  • Experience in delivering global B2B transformation projects

  • Knowledge of M365 and exposure to Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI

  • Strong program management/ people management skills

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Working Conditions:

  • Headquarter in Warsaw.   

  • Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.   

  • The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
