People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.
Deliver the highest level of Workplace experience and hospitality centric services. Duties will involve:
- Administrative Duties: Execute various administrative tasks in accordance with location guidelines.
- Operational Excellence: Plan and oversee operations and service delivery, ensuring adherence to policies, budgets, and guidelines to maintain operational compliance.
- Resource and Support: Act as a valuable resource for workgroups and customers, addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Safety and Security: Implement best practices for Life Safety and Security while maintaining necessary records for compliance.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Workplace Location Lead to execute location strategies and visions while continually assessing office performance against business priorities.
- Customer Satisfaction: Exceed internal and external customer satisfaction levels, ensuring that their needs are met with excellence.
- Engagement and Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with local leadership, Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s), Corporate Citizenship, and other committees/councils to support local events and activities, fostering a vibrant Workplace community.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement programs and processes aimed at enhancing performance, aligning with Accenture's Workplace strategy, and sharing best practices across teams and locations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to guarantee that all established standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Team Development: Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure proficiency in critical areas.
- Mail and Courier Management: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound mail and courier services to maintain seamless office operations.
- Supplier Relations: Foster and manage crucial relationships with suppliers and vendors to oversee the supply of Workplace commodities and consumables.
- Technical Support: Serve as the point of contact for Workplace tools/databases, offering basic technical support and end-user training as needed.
- Reporting: May need to prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with office operations and performance.
Onsite CF Roles - This role will require you to work in the office.
Work schedule is 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Ability to work occasional overtime and/or flex schedule to support late afternoon/evening events.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of office operations, business and/or hospitality experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (excel, power point, word).
Passionate about customer service with hospitality-oriented mindset and approach.
Focused meeting and events skills including event requirements, planning, communication, and event execution ensuring that all elements of the event are managed to the highest possible outcomes.
Knowledge on how to pull reports & analyzing data.
Strong aptitude for technology with working knowledge of collaboration tools and workplace tools, including EMS, Census, ServiceNow, etc.
