The work

The NA Visibility lead in the Metaverse Studio will be responsible for building and managing a team of creative talent who focus on defining how brands and businesses ‘show up’ in the Metaverse. The brands and creative messaging of Web 2.0 and the physical world may or may not apply to the spaces and interactions that are possible in the Metaverse – This role will help our NA clients define who they are and who they want to be as this space evolves.

While there will never be a typical day in the Metaverse studio, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.

  • Interfaces with clients, senior studio and NA Accenture management, cross functional internal teams to ensure projects are reaching a gold standard of creativity and visibility. Intercedes between client and team for issues related to changes in project scope, budget, or strategic creative direction where applicable

  • Leading a team on an approach to illicit the right outcomes from a visibility perspective. Owning creative and brand methodology, identifying experiments that drive our definition and approach, and working with the Thought Leadership team on shaping the Visibility in the Metaverse POV

  • Participates and sometimes lead business development process to promote and sell Visibility work to clients

  • Collaborates across Accenture Song and Accenture to generate value creation opportunities for our clients which utilize Accenture’s unique set of integrated capabilities – interlock and communication with our other brand and creative talent and teams

  • Consistent student of the metaverse, culture and consumer trends to identify opportunities and help keep clients and colleagues at the forefront of new development

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in client management, account planning, advertising, communications, or marketing

  • Minimum 10 years of experience creative, design, product leadership, innovation or client-side experience managing complex relationships and delivering multi-channel experiences

  • Minimum 5 years managing studio teams of diverse creative talent

Bonus points if you have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

  • Creative and brand design experience launching exciting and new campaigns, products, or events

  • Solid understanding of creative processes across virtual and physical channels

  • Strong ability to understand insights and turn them into strategic plans

  • Ability to inspire and lead teams by setting forth a vision for the account

  • Ability to mentor and development talent

Travel

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $204,660 - $337,700 and information on benefits offered.
