The Security Lead will be familiar with security frameworks, compliance requirements and security department planning and operations. S/He will have the ability to lead security consultants and junior security analysts. They will be conversant in basic project management principles and project quality methods.
Responsible for supporting the delivery of client's security offerings related to assessment & authorization, information security, including security governance (security policies and procedures), security strategy (security planning) and risk (risk assessments and management)
Here Is What You Need:
Bachelors Degree or 7 years of equivalent industry experience
Experience with NIST Standards in IT Systems control assessments
Experience with information system assessment of financial and IT systems of federal government agencies
Experience leading a large scale project/program
Bonus Points If:
Bachelor’s Degree in in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field with an emphasis in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting Information Systems, or Math
10+ years of industry experience
Preference for at least one current recognized security professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, CPA
Experience assessing internal controls to determine if relevant IT General and IT Application control objectives will be satisfied
Demonstrated expertise in performing audits over information security or working in information security
Knowledge and experience evaluating against industry standards such as NIST or ISO
Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
US Citizenship Required
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $137,700 - $193,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
