You are a utility practcioner who has experience in one or more of the following:
Advance Customer Engagement - Apply insight-driven approaches to identify, target, and organize for intelligent customer and retail growth with new connected energy experiences.
Brand Marketing - Create meaningful, delightful and valuable customer experiences across all channels and customer touchpoints by connecting and integrating design, process, and technology solutions.
Connected Energy - Connected Energy aims to maximize both grid and customer value with next generation energy management by aligning and optimizing grid operations with seamless customer experiences.
Intelligent Platforms - Enable end-to-end digital, customer service, billing, sales, marketing and field customer capabilities on Oracle, Salesforce and SAP platforms.
Grasp the challenges Accenture clients are facing, offer solutions, and describe the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes.
Bring thought leadership to shed light on most critical issues utilities face today and in the future.
Keep learning and bringing new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients.

Travel to client locations, weekly, Monday through Thursday. Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Utility industry focus on Energy Retail (Customer Engagement, Brand Marketing, Connected Energy or Intelligent Platforms Functional SAP ISU)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical advisory or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 12 years of professional experience
Bonus Points if:
You have at least one full life cycle systems implementation experience
You have techno-functional skills in SAP ISU Billing systems implementation and /or SAP Device Management skills
You know how to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $190,099 and information on benefits offered is here.
