We’re looking for a Creative /Content Director to work with Eastern and Midwest Region clients with extensive experience working with finance and regulated industry clients. You should be excited about modern investing, fin-techs, and emerging crypto economies. You will have mastered long and short form writing for all channels. You will drive concepting, content planning, pitching, and delivering of omni-channel campaigns and projects that deliver on the strategic needs of our clients. You must have experience leading integrated teams, building review decks, and presenting work directly to clients. You’ll need to provide and communicate big picture vision for opportunities and work, while also managing minute project details across both design and copy. You’ll serve as the primary creative lead on some projects, or with partner/senior creative leadership on others. You must be skilled at collaborating with leaders across disciplines, including strategy, UX, technology, and others. You must have a portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of experience and execution in finance and regulated industries.
YOUR ROLE: Creative/Content Director
Concept, pitch, and deliver content plans and creative work for finance, insurance, CMT clients
Lead creative teams across design and copy
Build review decks and present to clients
Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to ensure project success
Develop meaningful relationships with clients
Get hands-on and deliver work within your discipline when necessary
Support new business through concepting and deck building
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
At least 8 years copy/content experience in an agency setting
At least 5 years experience leading teams and presenting work to clients
Online portfolio demonstrating at least 5 years of creative work
At least 5 years in PowerPoint storytelling and deck building
At least 5 years content creation across channels and platforms (social, podcasts, webinars, video, blogs, traditional media)
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
10+ years design or copy experience in an agency setting
Expert in emerging collaboration platforms like Figma
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience or degree
Experience blending creativity, data, and technology

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered.
