Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and growing the next generation of sales leaders. Performance Management - Drives sales team performance by directly managing N3 POD sellers and setting KPI targets, implementing effective sales and messaging strategy, and designing + executing individualized performance optimization plans, driving execution.
Client Engagement- Provides input on sales tactics based on offering performance and market response to Sales and Program Leadership.
People Management- Greater-among-Equals team lead or Manager for small POD (1:15) within a single territory. Builds and manages a high performing Sales Team, drives 1 on 1 and team talent management process to ensure assigned team members are exceeding performance KPIs.
Deliverable- Owns POD performance against sales targets, implements sales execution process, delivers actionable insights from analysis of trends and market insights.
Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Minimum of 6 months lead/manager experience
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $44,000 - $92,500 and information on benefits is here .
