Your Role as an Apprentice
Human Resource Apprentices will be a part of the organization that develops and executes people strategies, programs, and services across the employee lifecycle to recruit, develop and retain our employees. You may have an opportunity to work on diverse local and global priorities alongside our Human Resources professionals. Join a diverse team filled with people from different backgrounds and experiences.
In this role you could:
Research and analyze internal and external strategies and programs
Work on special projects to expand your career readiness competencies (research, writing, communication, time management, etc.)
Coordinate various activities that could include project planning, logistics, and outreach
Collaborate with teammates and internal customers
Develop and support the creation of materials and communications related to programs
Observe and listen to others and document ideas, concerns, insights, notes, etc.
Generate reports to support the business
Please note this program is in person in our Manhattan office.
About the Ideal Candidate
Technical Mindset: You are eager to learn new technologies and are familiar with the use of computers, hardware, and peripheral devices. You must have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Organized: You are responsible and possess discipline and determination. You are focused; a planner who likes to achieve and improve.
Problem Solver: You enjoy resolving problems and learning new things.
Service Orientated: You enjoy helping others and learning from daily tasks.
