You are:
An IT Customer Service Analyst who will be responsible for processing Terminations/Roll-Offs and Asset Management out of the Glebe, Arlington office. 

The work

Termination Process/queue - primary owner of this process:

  • Complete termination tasks

  • Follow up as needed on all termination tasks

  • Process incident tickets for box returns.  Re-assign tickets as needed (I.e. Other office locations are closer to customer, or need additional help to process all tickets in a timely manner, etc.

Asset Management Responsibilities:

  • Disposals:

  • Determine if disposal machines have encryption

  • Remove hard drives from machines without encryption

  • Label machines on whether they are encrypted or without hard drives

  • Ship disposal machines to Chantilly

  • Coordinate with Chantilly of machines sent (including lists of equipment sent)

  • Update SNOW for new stock location

  • Receiving:

  • Coordinate unloading of truck upon delivery

  • Unbox machines

  • Tag and scan new machines into SNOW

  • Dispose of packing material/clean area after receipt of equipment

  • Place newly tagged and scanned machines into proper stock location

  • Update SNOW records with any needed Flags and Tags

  • Image new machines, tag imaged machines

  • Inventory:

  • Create inventory spreadsheet

  • Scan Glebe stock location inventory monthly

  • Reconcile inventory/investigate missing items

  • Tag inventoried records

On Hold:

  • Go through On Hold daily to determine what is coming off On Hold

  • Determine assets going to disposal

  • Determine which assets need to be Re-imaged that are coming off On Hold

  • Updating asset records in SNOW for machines coming off On Hold

  • Prep machines going to disposal

  • Place machines to be reimaged and restocked in location for techs to reimage

Hard Drive:

  • Coordinate hard drives coming off On Hold period

  • Coordinate with staff to have Hard drives re-imaged that are off the On Hold period

  • Place in proper stock location

Equipment Stock:

  • Review and inventory parts stock

  • Make recommendations for parts/equipment/supplies that need to be ordered

Other duties:

  • Non-polling tickets research and update non-polling tickets assigned Complete Incident tickets as assigned New Joiner Orientation

  • Backup for NJX presentation

  • Assist with NJX, monitoring chat and provide technical assistance as needed

  • Other NJX duties as assigned

  • General cleaning and organizing as needed to keep office and stockrooms neat and tidy

  • Hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday, in the office, with infrequent overtime

  • Hours are not flexible

Here's what you need:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • 6 months experience providing excellent customer service

  • 6 months Asset Management experience

  • Familiarity with Hardware (laptops)

Other required skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Good organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10

  • Basic knowledge of Office proficiency in Excel

  • Willingness and interest in acquiring technical skills to assist customers with basic technical issue

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $39,800 - $57,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
