The UiPath developer is required to create detailed designs of application and technical architecture components and classes. They will help provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across delivery teams and identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements.
The UiPath developer will be expected to design RPA process solutions in accordance with best practice design principles and conventions using RPA delivery templates such as a Process Design Document (PDD) and Technical Design Document (TDD).
Experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio(x) and REF framework
Experience and understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net
Experience in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplines
Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in a commercial RPA product – UiPath
Provide support for the full development lifecycle of RPA and cognitive automation solutions
Utilizing Agile development methodologies
Provide support in migrating, enhancing, and maintaining code and tools
Provide support in managing and utilizing various server-based tools and capabilities in support of deployed automations
Here's what you need:
1+ years of technical experience in an IT programming development environment using a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath
Knowledge and experience implementing of management and controls of UiPath Orchestrator
Critical thinking skills
Client facing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills (written and presentation)
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant major
Experience using RPA integrating with the following applications:
Microsoft packages such as MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word
UiPath Advanced Developer certification
Knowledge and experience implementing in Role Based Architecture and provisioning
Agile certification (SaFE)
Issue resolution/troubleshooting skills

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $88,100-123,400and information on benefits offered is here.
