Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Denver, CO): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Denver, CO to Design, Lead and deliver high visibility development and migration projects for Telecom Clients in Order, Workflow, Quote to Order consolidation, Billing consolidation, Inventory Management domains. S/he will perform the following duties: ensure project effort estimation based on the Business requirements; define business process as-is and to-be models based on requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders; design and develop technical architecture for the team and drive reviews with client; design and Build Software application components and drive through deployment; collection and analysis of metrics; provide team members with a clear sense of direction; establish project standards and procedures; monitor service levels for area of responsibility and take proactive actions to address issues; participate in the status calls with the Client Managers to discuss the status updates/issues; and participate in continuous improvement efforts related to issues management or project processes and coordinate project execution with senior management.

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering (any) or in a closely related field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Senior Analyst or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 7 years designing software solutions for the Telecom industry clients; 7 years of experience in telecom domain in the areas of Telecom Enterprise Order, Workflow and Inventory management applications integration, development and customization; 5 year of experience in migration of inventory and billing systems; 5 years of experience with developing software with MongoDB, Lavastorm Business analytics tool, K2View, PL/SQL of Oracle, Sybase databases technologies; 5 years of experience with designing solutions using Service Oriented Architecture; 2 years of experience with Kenan Billing/Provisioning, Unix (AIX, HP, SunOS), C/C++, Pro*C/C++, Python, REST API development; and 5 years performing project and delivery management including work planning and delivery tracking, capacity planning and estimating, metric reporting, delivery KPI, or issue and risk management.

This position requires domestic travel approximately 25% of an average work week.
