As a strategist in Marketing Strategy and Planning, this role will be focused on crafting integrated marketing strategies and orchestrating plans that build brand experiences and drive business growth for our B2B clients. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing planning, and reporting. Externally, you’ll help us grow long-term relationships with our clients, become a go-to marketing consultant and advisor, and lead teams to deliver successful work. Internally, you’ll inspire and mentor junior talent on the team as you help grow our practice and capabilities. You’ll also collaborate and work hand-in-hand with others at Accenture as you integrate related business activity, particularly in creative agency services, marketing operations, media, and data and analytics.

Developing and championing marketing strategies to grow our B2B clients’ business
Managing execution of integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
Gathering and analyzing insights and data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance and enhance the audience experience
Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences
Playing an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings
Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Marketing Strategy practice
Minimum of 4 years of B2B Marketing or Communications experience or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 4 years in agency environment
Must have at least 4 years of extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: Content Strategy and Planning, GTM Planning, Digital Strategy, Communication Strategy, Email Strategy, Media Strategy
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights, and shepherd strategic idea
Subject matter knowledge in B2B digital strategy and integrated marketing with expertise in designing data-driven multichannel marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional marketing channels
Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies
Experience of key business performance metrics and KPIs
Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance
