We Are:

Managing the functional and technical support of applications for our Client in search for a Customer Lead role. Primary work location will be in Client site in Springfield, Virginia. Customer Lead will be responsible for business and IT engagement with offshore teams based primarily in the Philippines.

Primary work scope is leading the functional support, application maintenance, production support, and enhancements of the following Client applications: SAP ISU, Oracle CC&B, MWM, Oracle BI, Enquesta, WebConnect, Cognos BI and other non-critical applications related to Customer Information System. The candidate should have experience working on CIS applications and with rich functional experience on CIS (Customer) meter-to-cash, Work and Asset Management, Field Service Management. Experience in the Utilities sector is desirable.

Detailed oriented and have extensive exposure in service management processes and procedures.

•Business – communication, problem solving (work with the Business to understand the problem, then drive solutions to address the need), growth-oriented, self-starter, organizational skills, team leadership

•Functional – understand the end-to-end processes supported which should include meter-to-cash, Work and Asset Management, and/or Field Service Management

•Technical – have capabilities in one or more of the Business-critical applications such as SAP, Oracle, or custom CIS application

The Customer Lead will also engage in new project design sessions to support separate SI Projects.

You Are:

- Leading the delivery of the Managed Service ​or have experience leading a Production or Application Managed Services team

- Engaging with the Business on Managed Services delivery ​

- Advising on Managed Services portfolio and optimizations​

- Bringing experience in managing Major situations

What you need:

Primary Skills - Front Office: CRM or Back Office Billing; experience leading a Managed Service or IT Production team

Secondary Skills - Meter to Cash in Utilities

Tertiary Skills - Experience in SAP CRM; SAP IS-U, Billing/FICA or....Oracle CC&B / enQuesta / CIS-Custom

Additional Skills: Ability to present functional domain information to Senior IT and business stakeholders​; Utility sector experience; ability to leverage and adapt solutions to business processes and needs; Experience in assessing and discussing impact of solution decisions to the functional domains; SAP CRM / SAP IS-U Billing / FICA Secondary; S/4 Experience

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 

$99,900-$168,499  and information on benefits offered is here.
