Job Summary
The Strategy Coordinator supports the Strategy department and in particular the executives and
cultural drivers to ensure the operations of the department functions efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Executive level operations [50%]
● Work closely with Operations lead to understand department goals and objectives in addition to
the planned allocations for the executives
● Track hours weekly for Executive Directors, flagging to the Operations Leads where there are
significant discrepancies
● Plan, develop and help facilitate workshops including diary management and group travel
planning to support productions or client meetings
● Management of clients, partners and guests coming into the agency, including helping them
enter and navigate the building, offering and providing refreshments, booking taxis etc if and
when needed.
● Prepare & review decks, documents or other materials to support executive leadership and
our departments heads

Lead Internal Projects, Culture & Traditions [25%]
● Plan and execute monthly department gatherings and employee recognition
● Prepare for and lead weekly all-department Status
● Drive local onboarding for new joiners coming into the department
● Support small to medium projects, provide regular status reports to keep partners in the loop,
manage work plans, and pinpoint, weigh and resolve items as required

Other [25%]
● Management of department shared drive, distribution lists and org charts
● Sit on the Culture Committee as a department representative; help to plan and execute events in
addition to departmental comms
● Support logistical planning when it comes to internal meetings respecting OS protocols
surrounding COVID in addition to any IT or catering requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

● 6+ months in a creative advertising agency setting (intern or full-time)

Preferred Qualifications
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong
productive relationships
● Superb organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet
tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
● A sincere drive and ambition with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to being flexible
● Action-oriented and flexible to rapidly changing priorities with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
● Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and has a natural focus
on making things happen
