The Recruiter Development Lead will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who will be dedicated to improving employee training and performance.
- Understand full lifecycle recruiting and be able to train on any/all parts of it, including new tools
- Run and continuously improve Recruiter Development Program
- Work with leads to prioritize and train existing recruiters
- Hire associate recruiters
- Identify and train on new sourcing channels/tools to support recruiting and attracting diverse talent through social media, internet, and database mining
- Ensure recruiters are trained on eliminating bias from entire recruiting/hiring process
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
- Determine metrics to measure and report on sourcing level of success
- Partner with the recruitment leaders to find learning opportunities, create business specific trainings and drive hiring
- Assist with identifying, training and onboarding new recruiters
Here's What You Need:
- 5 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing or HR related work
- Track record of delivering a high level of recruiting and sourcing technical talent
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and innovative ways to identify passive candidates
- Preferred prior experience facilitating training
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $89,200 - $124,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
