You will support our clients across a broad range of industries to address their issues related to:
Planning & Fulfillment Strategy (incl. Network Design)
Operating Model Strategy for the Planning & Fulfillment function
Strategic Cost Reduction and M&A synergies for Supply Chain conversion costs
You will spot, isolate, and solve Supply Chain problems using your skills in:
Operating model architecture – people, process, and technology
Advanced analytics – network optimization, business case modelling
Supply Chain Process Excellence – planning/scheduling, routing optimization, capital projects
You will also, throughout your work, have opportunities to:
Lead medium sized teams (7+), with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge
Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties
Support client sales origination and thought leadership development
Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growth

Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Supply Chain improvement initiatives
Minimum of 3 year of experience in an external consulting role at comparable level
Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Bonus Points if you have:
Tier 1 strategy consulting firm experience
An MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Ability to support both client sales origination and project delivery
Ability to effectively manage and coach others
A collaborative mindset, are a team player
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent leadership, management, and relationship building skills

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $111,000 - $249,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
