Management Consulting Senior Principal (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Senior Principal in New York, NY to deliver customer service, profitable growth of client accounts, and capability programs across the Brand Learning Client experience. S/he will perform the following duties: engaging with CMOs and commercial leadership teams to explore their vision and purpose for the marketing function in driving business objectives and strategies, working with clients to define marketing transformation journeys, shape the customer-led growth agenda, and create customer-led capabilities, leading the assessment of organizational and marketer capability gaps in areas such as Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Marketing Strategy & Planning, and Customer Engagement in a Digital Age, co-creating and shaping Capability Strategies and Plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology to deliver tangible results, leading the design, development and delivery of engaging and inspiring programs to close capability gaps, including but not limited to learning experiences, workshops (solution, diagnosis, process mapping, alignment), and change management, design and develop competency frameworks that align marketing employees to clients’ organizational needs, driving new business development through Accenture relationships, personal network and referrals, and oversee relationships with clients.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Advertising, or a closely related field. The position also requires 10 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Account Director, Client Services Director, Management Consultant, or in related positions including the following professional experience: 6 years of experience facilitating marketing development workshops to increase performance of marketers for the clients; 6 years of experience in marketing capability development programs for clients to solve their growth challenges; 6 years of experience presenting business development proposals to clients and developing training content to deliver to those capability opportunities; 6 years of experience developing marketing communication platforms including brand and services innovation, brand positioning and architecture, content assessment, content strategy, customer value proposition development and experience design; 5 years of experience developing new business development proposals and materials to grow business.

Positions are based in New York, NY, but require international travel up to 10% of an average work week.  

Telecommuting is permitted for this role, needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office
