As a Marketing Technology Strategist, you consult with clients on B2B demand generation marketing automation best practices. As primary automation contact or strategic contributor for client engagements, you provide business process and automation recommendations based on a deep understanding of client goals, business processes, and system infrastructure. You will consult on and architect operational programs for data management and lead management including lead scoring, lead sourcing and campaign management as well as architect and deploy campaigns for lead nurture, event marketing programs, and more. You will run reports and analyze results, making recommendations for program optimization. You will build campaign assets and adhere to a detailed QA process to ensure quality. To support the internal planning and project management process, you will outline deliverables, provide estimates, and participate in regular team meetings.
· Lead or play a key supporting role in marketing automation initiatives for one or more Yesler clients
· Serve as a business process expert resource on project team and lead business process discovery
· Make automation-related recommendations on business processes, sales and marketing alignment, SLAs, lead lifecycle, campaign management, reporting, and more
· Advise clients, demonstrating expertise and making a compelling case to support recommendations
· Architect solutions in Marketing Automation and CRM systems
· Create and manage lead nurture and event marketing programs
· Build, QA, and deploy campaign assets
· Produce results reports and analysis
· As part of a project team, contribute to roadmapping, scoping, and project planning exercises.
Here’s what you need:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation
- 2+ years of experience in one or more marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SugarCRM, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Nice to have:
- Intermediate HTML/CSS skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and thorough
- Knowledge of, and interest in, current trends in B2B Demand Generation and Marketing Automation
- Team player
- Relevant Certification in Marketing and/or CRM tools; MCE (Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner) preferred
- Readily takes ownership of work with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
- Client service delivery experience

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
