The Head of Production primary function is to lead agency production in all mediums. This includes the management of production personnel and suppliers (including Mindshare, Tag, etc.). The Head of Production is also involved in agency process. The position works closely with each department to plan for production resources, scheduling, budgeting and to ensure the right tools are in place and being used appropriately locally.
Embrace and advocate a fully-integrated approach to marketing
Be adept in broadcast, online, social media, mobile marketing, experiential and CRM
Have a clear vision of how big ideas can work cross-medium
Review and manage project assignments with the Strategy, Account and Creative Directors for resource management needs and prioritization
Establish and oversee schedules and budgets for projects
Oversee production and delivery of final assets for projects
Collaborate with and help manage direct and third party vendors
Manage and lead immediate team members
Own training of new staff in the role of Production and Project Management
Assist and support other group team members as needed
Help to establish and enhance agency processes
Work with global counterparts on project deliverables and dependencies
Manage the working relationship with current and third party vendors
Seek out to develop relationships with new production vendors
Sourcing, Directing and Training others
Minimum 5 years’ experience in creative production
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Minimum 5 years working in an agency setting
Minimum 3 years managing team of 5 or more individuals across multiple disciplines
Bonus points if:
Global and Luxury experience ideal
Ability to adapt and run a small but very nimble department/team that consist of producers and PMs and a studio person
Can flex and produce or advise the team on anything from direct mail pieces to TV commercials to social campaigns or a re-size of a print or banner ad. Truly 360 in the mindset.
Does not need big budgets to produce or direct a team to a finished product
Can budget and scope projects with very little guidance and ensure that there is enough bandwidth on the team.
Ability to help stream line and develop processes for the department

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $102,000 - $161,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
