The Accenture Technology – Salesforce team is growing rapidly and is looking to add an experienced Salesforce.com Product Innovation Lead to join our Global Innovation Team.  This is a terrific opportunity for a CRM subject matter expert to take on a functional leadership role within our growing business group.  You'll have experience working with the brightest talent across our Salesforce Business Group and other business groups within Accenture to define and deliver differentiated offerings that help drive the growth of our business.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Typical Day Snapshot - Solution Architect


While we'd love to say that there's a "typical" day in the life of a Product Innovation Lead, the fact is that we are creating markets and ultimately our future.  Each day can be unique as we look to stay out in front of the demand and needs of our clients.  Some of the day to day responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Owns the innovation agenda for all or a segment of the innovation strategy.
  • Works closely with key leaders (Accenture and Salesforce) to define the innovation needs of our go to market.
  • Supports the enablement of project teams using our solution assets.
  • Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
  • Managing resource requirements and project team members.
  • Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
  • Manage the efforts across and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
  • Think #OneAccenture and bring the rest of the firm to bare.
  • Develop and own partner relationships with Salesforce and our high priority ecosystem partners.
  • Enable/support our delivery teams and help our clients establish an innovation culture.

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 132,700 – 263,400 and  information on benefits offered is here.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a product management or functional lead role
  • Relevant experience with leading innovation agendas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience)

  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple levels of an organization
  • Desire to work in a dynamic work environment, delivering solutions creatively within a team
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven abilities to successfully successfully manage issues and risks to closure
