Responsibilities of the Trainer include:
You will support business growth initiatives and your primary responsibility will be delivering onboarding training, updates, and refresher sessions, documenting training progress and reporting it to Operations. You will communicate clear expectations to learners and stakeholders before, during and after the training delivery, to drive satisfaction with the scope and depth of covered material.
You will also work towards continuous improvement of the training activities and will contribute to policy proposals to mitigate gaps and grey areas.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in an outsourced operation, contact center or shared services environment
Minimum 6 months of experience in conducting training coaching activities
Experience with sensitive social multimedia content policy
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 - $88,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
