The HR Operations Leave of Absence Analyst supports tasks related to the leave of absence LOA process for a retail client and their employees. This individual will have strong organizational and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow processes. Maturity in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately. The team works in a fast paced environment, meeting and exceeding client key deliverables.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Analyze and prioritize cases to ensure compliance in client policies practices, key operational deadlines and quality standards.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and show empathy. This includes the responsibility of communicating with the employee both verbally and by written communication.
Execute processes and advise employees of Federal State leave laws and Client policies.
Ability to calculate and discuss complex pay situations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and document details in case management system.
Remain current on client policies, statutory requirements and special handling procedures.
Support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance
Collaborate with team on process improvement opportunities and assist in defining standards for new processes.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of HR experience
State Leave and Paid Leave Law knowledge
Customer Service, ability to show empathy
Time management skills
Professional Skill Requirements
Ability to handle multiple, detailed tasks and caseload
Ability willingness to collaborate with team members
Working knowledge of, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and other client systems
Understanding of Case Management system ServiceNow preferred but not required
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $37,476 - $68,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
