The Applications Solutions Analyst provides analytical and in-depth product knowledge to the customer base across the supported applications.
- Responsible for working in their area of expertise to provide timely solutions and recommendations to the customers to resolve their issues.
- Develop expertise in multiple product areas and will mentor team members and customers.
- Presents and champions escalations from customers on product issues to the appropriate internal Mortgage Cadence teams.
- Ensures that clients are successful in their product usage and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.
- Possess the requisite skillset to troubleshoot customer issues and provide required information to other internal teams to help drive solutions.
- Additional responsibilities will include participating in and facilitating Change Control processes as well as working with Development resources to perform Root Cause analysis.
- Minimum 3 years LOS Technical Support experience (preferred mortgage LOS)
- Minimum 1-3 years MS SQL experience
- Preferred experience with Azure Cloud Services
- Minimum 3 years customer service technology support experience
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $78,900-$98,400 and information on benefits offered is here.
