We are:

Security and Identity is an expertise center charged with creating a robust, secure digital framework that safeguards the identities of clients and employees. Solutions for Risk and Compliance, Security Strategy, Policy and Architecture, and Identity and Access Management (I&AM) enable Cybersecurity and Technical Resilience.  We serve as the interface with the Information Security and Accenture Security organizations providing one point of collaboration and integration of best practices and guidance for applications and users.

You Are:

The App/Cloud Support Team Lead will assist with managing 6-8 operation team members.  Supervise the teams daily operational tasks for SSL/TLS certificates lifecycle utilizing an 3rd party web-based application to support requests, validations, and registration for SSL/TSL certificates and domains.  Provide code signing support, utilizing an 3rd party SaaS tool to digitally sign executable files and scripts for developed code used to support Accenture's intellectual properties.  Ability to maintain daily work, while leading medium to large scale initiatives or tasks from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the daily operations of the service areas support

  • Planning workloads and delegating tasks via Azure DevOps tool

  • Communicating goals and deadlines to team members

  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees

  • Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers, and answering questions

  • Support creation and execution of operational trainings

  • Providing teams with information about recent developments, and policy changes of management

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years team lead experience

  • Understanding of PKI, SSL, Code Signing, HTML, DNS, SMTP are a plus

  • Experience in Windows Server and Cloud solutions support

  • Minimum 2 years PowerShell coding experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ project management experience

  • Understanding of Agile Methodology

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment to meet client’s needs

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to communicate and work with clients

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)   

Bonus Points if you have:

  • 2 years Java, Python, SQL, etc. coding experience

  • Active Directory and Access Management experience

  • Certificate Management

  • Basic knowledge of DigiCert Console

Skills:

  • Good understanding of Agile, Kanban and Scrum methodologies

  • Proficient with Azure DevOps tool

  • Proficient with Microsoft application (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Project Management experience – Ability to manage multiple projects from start to completion

  • Excellent Communication – Effective communicator conveys details to leadership and team members

  • Organized – Arrange work in a systematic way and scale efficiently and effectively

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 - $126,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
