Change Management, Adoption and Communications for Reporting and Analytics solutions, mainly Workday & Insights Marketplace (Custom Solution – BI dashboards). Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of all training and communications (job aids, demos videos/live sessions, help text, in-app messaging, emails)
- Speak to change plans on standing status calls
- Manage HR Reporting Support site
- Collect and Document all Enhancements on the HR Reporting Support Site
- Manage all mailer tool communications
- Oversee all Reporting Change Management Tasks in Azure (ADO)
- Track Adoption
- WD In-app Announcements
Change Management will work side by side with a Change Management and Communications Lead from HR Analytics team for supporting on:
- Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs
- Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
- Project-based communications & enablement
- Persona development to drive work and behaviors across technologies
- Partner with the business to understand desired outcomes
- Program communications & enablement
- Assisting clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses
- Implementing strategies that prepare an organization to put new business processes into practice
- Long term measurement of value and satisfaction
- Providing ongoing end user enablement and support a specific technology or technology suite, including:
- Helping users get started and get more value from technology post deployment
- Creation and maintenance of support sites, tools and user enablement materials
- Incident communications
- Respond to users questions (ex. Yammer, MS Teams)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies
High School Diploma/GED
Techno-functional experience in the successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) or other cloud solutions is a plus
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $43.40 - $64.90 and information on benefits is here
