Operations is one of four services–the others are Accenture Song, Technology and Strategy & Consulting.
In collaboration with Regional Recruitment teams, the PwD + LGBTQ Recruiting Lead will help define, implement, track and measure regional and local Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) recruiting plans in alignment with NA I&D recruiting priorities. This role reports directly to the NA I&D Recruiting Lead, supports the Regional Recruiting Lead, and is the first point of contact for regional recruiting teams for all I&D related recruiting topics. Additionally, this individual will provide regional recruiting teams with overall I&D recruiting strategic direction to align pipelines with hiring demand across all diversity pillars and services.
Additional Responsibilities:
Closely monitor progress against recruiting goals and provide guidance and suggestions for improvement as needed
Advise and develop plans business case for new strategic recruiting interventions within the region
Work closely with national regional recruiting teams to understand hiring demand and to identify local organizations, events, and programs to source diverse pipelines throughout the year
Ensure diverse candidate pipelines are being shared and considered for roles across Services
Coordinate logistics and support of I&D recruiting events with recruiters and Employee Resource Groups
Maintain close working relationship with regional I&D team to ensure alignment with overall NA I&D goals and priorities
Develop best practices which can be shared across other regions as needed
Leverage key findings and data to advise, develop, and execute I&D recruiting programs
Occasional travel will be required for key strategic events for national conferences
*** Please note that this role can be based anywhere in the US as long as primary residence is located within 90 miles of a corporate office.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of HR functional experience at Accenture or at a similar global organization
Minimum of 5 of years of recruiting and/or Human Resources experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience developing strategies and/or program management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Inclusion Diversity Recruiting, Diversity Conference and/or Campus Recruiting experience
I&D practitioner experience
Experience working with executives and stakeholders
Ability to translate metrics and trends into strategy

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 - $143,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
