You are:

The M365 Migration Engineer is a member of the Site Survey workstream, providing support to enterprise customers that are deploying to the M365 services.

The work:

As the M365 Migration Engineer, your focus is to support customers deploying to the Microsoft Cloud. You will represent Microsoft in communications via phone, email, and web to assist customers and partners in deploying Microsoft 365 - which includes Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and the Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM+S) suite. You will have the opportunity to foster positive customer relationships while effectively managing challenging situations and driving customer success.

  • Identify, plan, and design the actions needed for a smooth and efficient cloud onboarding

  • Enable M365 services and deliver governance best practices

  • Identify and recommend actions to provide Microsoft value add services to remediate technical blockers

  • Partner with the customer's IT staff to define a recommended remediation plan

  • Acquire in-depth technical knowledge on the newest M365 services, with depth in a specific workload

  • Cultivate and share knowledge proactively with others on the team, through communities, solution documents, and social media to drive strong collaboration across the FTC

  • Capture engagement data, customer health, and communicate process and technology improvement feedback helping drive product improvement and automation



Qualifications

You have:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor for the customer's IT, Security and Business decision maker stakeholders

  • Able to demonstrate deployment of Microsoft Exchange mail services.

  • Possess the knowledge to articulate Microsoft 365 vision and leverage all features across services to maximize customer investment and accelerate transformation

  • Maintain and utilize readiness to educate and enable customers to realize business value through deployment of key suite features

  • Cloud adoption and staying current with technology trends across Microsoft and competitors' products and services

  • Deliver engagement with customers through a One Microsoft Approach: a seamless customer experience collaborating and coordinating with Microsoft internal stakeholders and Partners.

  • Mentor peers and partner technical resources

Nice to have:

  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

  • Core M365 workloads online and on-premises infrastructure

  • Networking background

  • Identity, Exchange on premise moving to the cloud

  • Deployment roadmap capabilities

  • Cloud concepts

  • Experience working with large customers

  • Knowledge of PowerShell

  • Problem solving and influencing skills

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $115,300 to $153,599 and information on benefits offered is here: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/local/total-rewards
