The Technology Sr. Analyst will have the following skills
- Excellent business communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand ambiguous business problems and provide direction on solutions using technology platforms
- Skilled in building and managing relationships with project teams and customers
- Client focused with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven with proven ability to multi-task across projects
- Intrinsic motivation to learn new technologies and apply them to improve business processes
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Ability to understand business processes across many disciplines and industries
- Experience working in a SaaS platform
- Minimum one year of professional experience in front-end or back-end business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
