People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

We Need:
Deep
skills/knowledge in Accenture Security Learning; Accenture Security Strategy
and Operating Model; Security Specializations; design, development of online synchronous/asynchronous
learning.
Someone
experienced on awards creation to help us advance in our overall talent brand
as well as our research efforts, leader support, and client support from a
brand perspective.
Bringing
forward a coordinated library of reusable, current content to be leveraged
across awards, industry publications, and internal leadership needs.
Smart, curious, innovative, fun people to join our Learning
& Leadership Development team.

- Fluency in the science of learning
- Experience bringing leadership development theory into practice
- Acumen in Accenture Security, Corporate Strategy, HR, Marketing, or Finance.
- Some experience in Supply Chain, Zero Based Budgeting, Products Industry, Financial Services Industry, or Technology Delivery.
- Been a college professor. Or a sports team coach. Or a board member for a community group.
- A background in Service Design. Perhaps you are a Design Thinking expert!
- Worked as part of an Agile team. Or read a book on Agile methodology.
- Focus on Growth: "Rather than trying to solve for all of those challenges, let’s prioritize the areas for focus in our next sprint. The others will move to our backlog.”
- Advocate for the Learner: “Getting everyone together for a five day classroom course would be a lot of fun. But let me suggest a blend of different instructional methods that would be more likely to create the lasting leadership skills we need.”
- Champion the New: “If we move these legacy areas over to vendor training, we can free up capacity to put more attention on our Industry X.0 Academy.”
- Design for Experience: “We know this audience values networking and collaboration. Let’s design our peer learning cohorts to maximize connections across our people.”
- Invest Wisely: “Our forecast suggests that we are on a path for overspend by Q3. Let’s take a Zero-Based Budgeting approach to our next six months."

- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
