You are:

An IT Customer Service Analyst who will provide technical support to Accenture Federal Services (AFS) people in the Arlington, VA office, as well as remote support around the U.S., to ensure that IT services are delivered to meet business needs.


The work:

  • Receives and responds to customer issues and requests while working in a team environment, following established procedures, and updating relevant systems as appropriate
  • Exhibits proficient technical skills and excellent customer service
  • Completes hardware upgrades and repairs, troubleshoots software, and completes other technical and non-technical tasks as necessary
  • Primary owner of the Termination process for the Arlington office
  • Work closely with the Process lead to ensure all terminations are processed in a timely manner  Perform follow up and escalations as needed
  • Works on special projects as needed
  • Hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday, in the office, with infrequent overtime.
  • Occasional travel to other offices may be required


Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • 6 months experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10
  • 6 months experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2016
  • 6 months experience providing customer service
  • Exposure to MacBooks
Bonus points if you have:
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Microsoft Desktop certification(s)
  • Mobile device (Android, iOS) support
  • Experience repairing Dell laptops
  • Previous work on US Federal engagements
  • Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Important information
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
