Business & Integration Architecture Manager, San Jose, CA

Job Description:
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business and Integration Architecture Manager in San Jose, CA to lead customer facing workshops and presentation around Systems, Applications, Products (SAP) solutions and prepare functional specification documents for Accenture solution team. S/he will perform the following duties: Define solutions and functionalities for the business, IT clients and development team; define the strategic direction needed to establish the near-term goals and objectives of the business; lead business requirements definition and scoping with the client advisory board and SME’s; lead the  blueprinting sessions, understand business requirements and propose possible solutions, based on the businesses processes, to meet the customers reporting and data requirements; develop and detail overall business process solutions based on SAP cloud-based software specifically revolving around SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Software including Technical and Functional interfaces and strategies involved in idealizing the solution; collaborate with SAP development team to idealize unique business requirements which pertain to specific business models. Execute implementation strategies and delivery Approach for configuring SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) application;  configuration of HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) data loads from ECC (SAP ERP Central Component) and BW (Business Warehouse) to SAP IBP Demo of SAP IBP for business users and support team to be able to use SAP IBP and support on an ongoing basis; collect, define and analyze uses cases and requirements which outline the mandated system changes or new system features; create and test cases and use them to evaluate and analyze the architectural design; deliver advisory services to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organizations of our clients; perform integration & vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery; deconstruct key business problems to identify value areas and structure to implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions; create innovative and differentiate SAP SCM offerings; plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects; and monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. This position requires domestic travel approximately 80% of an average work week.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (any) or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related IT position, including the following professional experience: 5 years of experience using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) to plan and execute supply chain concepts; 5 years of experience utilizing SAP HANA (high-performance analytic appliance) based SaaS (Software as a service) solution for planning - SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning); 5 years of experience planning and optimizing algorithms including simplex, linear programming and integer programming-based solutions; 5 years of experience designing, developing, implementing and testing software solution written in SAP XS (Extended Application Services) engine and Lcode.
