Your role:

  • Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
  • Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
  • Design, implement and deploy SAP business intelligence solutions (applications and technologies which are used to gather, provide access to, and analyze data and information about company operations) for end-to-end data warehousing and analytics including SAP BI/BW, HANA and Business Objects.
  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of configuration/functional experience with SAP BI/BW module
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Business Intelligence Software such as SAP Business Warehouse, BW Accelerator, SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence, Xcelsius/Dashboards, Crystal Reports, Explorer ), SAP HANA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Prior full life cycle implementation experience
  • Good programming and data manipulation
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA (prefer BW on HANA), BOBJ on HANA, HANA Studios, Training    on SAP HANA and/or experience on building prototypes or client solutions
  • Design Expertise in using HANA specific UI tools Design and implement UI for Operation project using Web UI, SAP BO and other HANA specific UI tools
  • Strong conceptual design and analytical capabilities, especially in designing data ware house systems and complex data models
  • BO Upgrade to 4.0, 2. BW Upgrade to 7.3, 3. SAP Archiving 4. SAP HANA Experience managing a Business Objects / BW upgrade project.
  • SAP HANA Subject matter expert for back-end and front-end aspects

·       Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
