People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
 
Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
 
The Internal Communications Analyst candidate will work to ensure all operations employees are kept informed and engaged in Accenture initiatives and events.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicates through multiple channels including email, social media, and in person events
  • Supports the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication plan
  • Assists with the creation and execution of all communications and events
  • Ensures all key messages align with accounts
  • Manages new projects process implementation
  • Participates in re-design of existing processes where improvement is needed
  • Identifies opportunities for integration of new communications vehicles and channels
  • Maintains updated communications templates and branding materials in accordance with firm communication strategy
  • Trains all levels of account leadership on how to properly leverage account communications templates and tools
  • Hosts all site visits including, but not limited to, external visits, sales visits, internal consulting and training visits
  • Organizes quarterly town halls
  • Manages SharePoint sites
  • Maintains account roster, organizational charts and distribution lists
  • Coordinates content for reoccurring cross functional meetings

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Communications, Marketing and/or Public Relations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Point presentations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
  • Experience in Graphic Design
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management 
Professional Qualifications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
