Each week at Accenture Mindtribe brings new learning and challenges. As a Senior EPM, you will be responsible for helping manage multiple client programs, tracking items such as project budgets, schedules, and deliverable's. You'll work with senior members of Accenture Mindtribe and client teams to ensure our projects deliver value and align with our client’s product and business strategy. As someone with an entrepreneurial mind, you’ll help drive Accenture Mindtribe’s growth as an organization. You’ll have opportunities to build systems that help us consistently deliver success across more programs simultaneously and identify areas of improvement for the services and skills needed by clients that our team has to offer.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

        Minimum 3+ years of project management experience with at least 1 year in Project and/or product management with multidisciplinary engineering teams and/or external vendors

        3+ years of hardware development experience

        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science or a related technical degree

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

        Detailed knowledge of the product development process including manufacturing for integrated electronics

        Participated in a product development cycle from concept through manufacturing

        Has experience mentoring a team and leading a group of 3+ people

        Has consulting or professional services experience

        Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

        Experience with new product development and business strategy, including familiarity with marketing, finance, and operations

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

        Client Management

o   Manage medium to large project teams and ensure we meet client needs.

o   Work with client stakeholders to understand client’s business and customer needs

o   Align with client stakeholders around product features, product and project priorities, , and navigate trade-off decisions

o   Develop strategies for client’s product development effort

        Project Team Management

o   Work with engineering team to develop overall project plans

o   Identify and resolve program risks and blockers

o   Ensure quality of client deliverables

o   Ensure project profitability (responsible for contract scope and financials)

        Support and drive business development efforts

o   Develop potential client relationships and participate in BD interactions

o   Develop proposals for new project

        Drive Program Management and Product Management Internal Initiatives

o   Define process and training material for the team

o   Mentor and guide team on program best practices
